SOUND SYSTEM
In recent
years our expectations of Sound Quality have gone up quite a
lot---especially in the light of MP3s, CD and Mini Disc Quality---
most Recorded Barn Dance Music quality is not quite up to the very
latest CD Albums---but it is still pretty good if played through a
Professional Sound System.
Our Caller at
Barn Dance Caller Direct will be using for your function a
Professional top of the range PEAVEY Powered Mixer and Speakers
combined with Mini Disc and CD to give the best quality RECORDED
MUSIC for Dancing and clear announcements.
A walk about
microphone may be used also---depending if the acoustics will
allow this---some School and Scout Halls in our experience were
not unfortunately built for their acoustic qualities---But we
still have a great time all the same!
We can cater
for large or small venues---don’t be put off if you have only a
small Hall, a small Garden or a Lounge to use—because our sound
equipment is very Compact, and Portable---we only need minimal
space to set up and a 13 amp plug--- leave the rest to us---away
we go---Swing your Partners!
